TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Payment Method: STAND GUARD™ accepts all payments through our PayPal portal. You do not need to be a member or register with PayPal to make a purchase. Simply, choose the option to "Pay as a Guest". If you have PayPal account, please feel free to use it! PayPal allows you to may using any of the major debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Order Processing: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and ship your order. In most cases, items will go out well before that estimated time frame. All items to be shipped either USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Please allow this added time for transit.
Shipping & Handling: All items are subject to shipping & handling fees. These will be calculated at $4.95 for the first item placed in the shopping cart, and $2.00 for each additional item. Thus, for example, if you have 3 items in your shopping cart, your total for Shipping & Handling will be $8.95. All orders consisting of 5 items or more will have a flat rate of $12.95 Shipping and Handling (so if you have 10 items in your cart, shipping will max out at $12.95)
Shipping Area: We currently only accept orders from within the continental US (48 States). If you have interest in our products, and are outside of this shipping zone, please contact us using the "contact us" form and we will work with you to establish a way to get you product, outside of placing an order online.
Backorders: In the unusual case that we are backordered on an item, we ask that you be patient with us. As all of our products are made in the USA, our turn time for additional merchandise is fast, and thus your order will be filled not too long after your order is placed. We thank you for your patience in the event of your order being backordered.
Sales Tax: Orders placed with a Massachusetts address are subject to a 6.5% Massachusetts Sales Tax Rate. This rate only applies to orders for persons in the State of Massachusetts.
Returns: Unless you were shipped the wrong item or size, different from that specified in your order, we do not accept returns at this time. If you received a wrong item, different from that specified in your order, please contact us and we will issue you an RMA # to send the item back. We will then send you the correct item or refund, depending on your preference. If your order was shipped correctly, as per the items on your confirmed and processed order, we regretfully cannot make any changes for you. In the event that an item is received damaged, please contact us to discuss your options. As all items are inspected before we ship them, and they are all carefully packaged, we don't expect too many instances "damaged product" complaints.
